I don't use QoS on my WDR3600 but I have set it up in dd-wrt in the past. I used the wiki here: https://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Quality_of_Service
I used Global limits at the top and then several service priorities. Only add service priorities that you actually want to set to something other than standard.

Before asking a question on the forums, update dd-wrt: Where do I download firmware? I suggest reading it all.
