Per User Bandwith Control help

hi all, this is my first posting so please forgive my ignorance!

i've read literally all the threads in this part of the forums. I bought the DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/13/06) special from the shop coz it said it had the "Per User Bandwith Control" which i can see that some people have got working for them!

however i was wondering if there are any tutorials or documentation, or any tips from anyone to help me set up this feature coz I've been scratching my head thinking that i'm still on the standard version as I cant seem to see a difference so I think i'm confused somewhere and need a lil bit of guidance!

Any opinions, comments or help will be much appreciated! =)
