I've been having some issues with networking dropping out on a couple of my clients, so took the plunge and upgraded just in case this is to blame.
So as of 5 mins ago, I'm running DD-WRT v3.0-r29396 std (04/04/16)
I can post this, so so far so good?
I'm also having some odd issues where my dnsmasq extra options aren't being obeyed. Wondering if anyone has any experience with custom dnsmasq tricks on dd-wrt?
Running DD-WRT Build 29621 since May 2016 - runs fine.
Does anyone know if there is a DD-WRT build version number for this router that HAS a Graphical User Interface (GUi) / a.k.a. Menus to administer RADIUS Wi-Fi Authentication server running on the router?
It's been a while since I've posted here and this thread is not so popular these days (I guess people have moved onto different routers), but a friend needed help with his DIR-632 today so here I am.
I have hex edited the latest version of the DD-WRT firmware for this router to work on the Australian DIR-632 routers (the signature at the end of the file reads A101-AR7242-RT-100324-02).
It has been installed and tested to be working. It should be noted that after I flashed the new firmware, I let the router sit for 5 minutes, then I did a hard reset (pressed the reset button in the red coloured pinhole at the back for 10 seconds) prior to logging in for the first time.
The original NA (North American) bin file was downloaded from the betas folder at "ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/"
As stated on page 17 of this thread, the above firmware (which is set as region "2"), should pretty much work on all non-North American versions of the router.
For more references, see DasShrubber2's comments on page 6, Cmp_Cmndo's comments on page 10, and zoomzoomzoom's comments on page 12 of this thread.
Hi monkUsa,

appears link has expired

The firmware file size jumped from 7493 KB (ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2019/03-11-2019-r39144/dlink-dir632a/) to 14981 KB (ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2019/03-19-2019-r39230/dlink-dir632a/) and the wiki (https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/D-Link_DIR-632#Specifications) says that the Rom size is 8MB
I would appreciate some help on this too. For now I will just use the 03-11-2019-r39144 version which is below 8MB,

Hi, my DIR-632 has been laying dormant for a while but I will need another Client Bridge soon so what is a relatively recent build that is recommended.

Need scaner to be implemented in USB module for DIR 632 (FV DD-WRT v3.0-r40559 std). Have read some posts with successfull result, but no details about how. The only helpfull info was to use scanner.o file. How it can be done?
