Issues and/or workarounds reported:
1. (egc) Policy-Based Routing doesn't work with SFE enabled.
http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5900
2. (egc) "OpenVPN 2.4 is stable but you have to tweak your configuration files notably:
mtu-disc yes
proto udp4"
3. (jschenard) Bricks DIR-890L? (what about 885?) Reports 32868 works, and was able to revert back to it.
Possible workaround (?): try Kong AC_ARM_R8000 build.
4. (sierratango) Also bricks 868/880 (what about 860?)
Possible workaround (?): try Kong AC_ARM_STD build.
5. (mrjcd) Bricks micro build routers; don't use builds after 32170
6. (st1000) Wireless Radio Scheduling does not work
I saw this mentioned in the Kong thread too.
7. (Whammy) WNR3500L K3.X won't flash because the filesize is too big; 32868 K3.X build flashed fine

Router: Cisco Valet M10 v1 in client bridge mode
Firmware: dd-wrt.v24-33006_NEWD-2_K2.6_std_nokaid_small.bin
Reset: No
Errors: NTP fails to sync on startup. This used to work, but I can't provide a regression window. ntpclient syncs from telnet without issue.

Queueing Discipline is missing from QOS tab, but it looks like this is done on purpose for this particular router/configuration.

Router: Linksys E3000
Firmware: dd-wrt.v24-33006_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-e3000.bin
Reset: No
Errors: WDS icon still missing from Wiviz.

Services tab is fixed.

E2500
DD-WRT v3.0-r33006 mega (08/03/17)
Linux 3.10.107 #15472 Thu Aug 3 12:11:03 CEST 2017 mips
[dd-wrt.v24-33006_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega.bin]

install over r32428 with bunch crap on it -- took a bit to clear all that
I'll mention this again concerning this box and K3.x --
root@E2500-TEST:~# nvram show | grep size
size: 32254 bytes (229890 left)
olsrd_pollsize=0.1
root@E2500-TEST:~# erase nvram
erase[65536]
root@E2500-TEST:~# reboot
when you have 256k nvram space but the CLI will only erase 64k it leaves a lot
of junk scattered all over the place. GUI reset gets most sometimes or doing both
usually clears it or a button reset 4 ~ 5 times.

QOS works good
ovpn server works good
Cloned WAN MAC works good
Did a backup / reset / restore and all that works ok ...well you always have to reinsert a cloned WAN MAC.
r33006 looks to be a good build

Should we be concerned that this build is 4MB smaller than other recent builds?

24.7MB vs 28.8MB for Netgear R7000 as an example.

He probably removed features as his build was too big for certain units and he does not create different configs for every model, some take larger images some smaller.

The R7000P now takes a lot more then the R7000.

I got an E1500 at Goodwill for $3 today; VR cap tested fine, so...
Router/Version: Linksys E1500
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r33006 mega (08/03/17)
Kernel: Linux 3.10.107 #15472 Thu Aug 3 12:11:03 CEST 2017 mips
Previous: dd-wrt.v24-21676_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e1500
Mode/Status: AP and CB tested
Reset: Yes, iterations of GUI and `erase nvram`
Issues/Errors: Wireless radio is always off, wireless settings only shows 'Auto' option for channel and 'Mixed' for mode.
The K3X wireless issues have been reported before.

Then...
Router/Version: Linksys E1500
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r33006 mega (08/03/17)
Kernel: Linux 2.6.24.111 #32313 Thu Aug 3 03:14:52 CEST 2017 mips
Previous: dd-wrt.v24-21676_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e1500
Mode/Status: AP and CB tested
Reset: Yes, iterations of GUI and `erase nvram`
Issues/Errors: 1. Wireless channel wouldn't change from 1, until (skipping a lot of interim testing/mucking) I changed mode from 'Mixed' to 'NG-Mixed'. I don't recall ever seeing 'Mixed' on my WNDR's, but running fine as an AP @350MHz for almost 2 hours.
2. Running commands from the GUI comes up with a blank page; it worked fine from the K3X build
3. I see a lot of this kind of header on the webpages, first on a blank page, then at the top of the otherwise normal GUI:
HTTP/1.0 200 Ok Content-Type: text/html Server: httpd Date: Thu, 03 Aug 2017 23:00:34 GMT Connection: close Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate Cache-Control: post-check=0, pre-check=0 Pragma: no-cache Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache Expires: 0

To use Policy Based routing you have to disable SFE Sad
It is a bug reported here: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5900
