Hello,

Is it possible to set the router so that a radio module (eg the 5ghz) acts as a client and the other (e.g., the 2.4ghz) as an access point?
Background is that I want to use the router as a wireless repeater but I need an own subnet.
I wanted to save me two devices to use. Normally I would configure one device as a client and the the second one connected via cable as accesspoint but perhaps someone knows a possibility or has it even done.

Thank you in advance!

I have both my WNDR4000 and WNDR4500v2 set up as a 2.4 GHz Client Bridge and 5 GHz AP, so doing the opposite, using Client, should be fine too.
