Setup a xfinitywifi repeater with vpn on a TP-Link WR842nd. Works without any major issues. sometime vpn has errors which may or may not be the fault of the xfinitywifi connection but KeepAlive fixes that. I get 10 Mbps which is the max due to router limitation. Only had to manually reboot the router 1 time(due to slow speed) in the last 3 months.

Tiger VPN was rated #1 in some recent surveys. It is based in Slovakia, keeps no logs, and has a large waste basket for RIAA threats and Interpol subpoenas for their non-existent records.
TechSpot got me a one-time "cash-flow emergency" price on Tiger VPN (lifetime subscription), which won't come around again, so there's no point in naming it. The regular price is $10/mo., $50/6 mos., or $80/yr..
My speed without VPN is 17 to 27 ms ping, 40 to 45 Mbps down, and 5 to 6.37 Mbps up.
My speed with VPN is 204 to 215 ms ping, 10 to 33.17 Mbps down, and 3.7 to 5.53 Mbps up.
As for reliability, I've encountered no down time, but I've only used Tiger VPN for a few weeks, and it's the only VPN I've ever used. After several minutes idle time, the connection sometimes gets stale, requiring me to disconnect and reconnect. There is probably a keepalive somewhere to fix that.
Email response to help requests takes from 2 to 4 hours, and is VERY knowledgeable, understandable, and accurate.
Price: 3 (500 MB free trial)
Speed: 4 (but download speeds may vary widely; disconnect and reconnect until you get a conn that rocks)
Reliability: 5
Help response: 5
The price is a bit higher than most, but if 33 Mbps sounds good to you, then you really do get your money's worth.
I am already using bVPN service provider http://www.unlimitvpn.com/unlimited-vpn-usa/#.U9G_KPmSw6w it is the most effective way to change your real IP address and get American IP to be able to surf the web freely without any blocking and anonymously though encrypted tunnel with unlimited bandwidth and high speed internet connection
get a good deal being able to subscribe through it using google play credit
and being a telstra prepaid customer my recharge credit can be used on google play so its basically free.
quite happy with it. don't use it as much as i should though
i use their proxy and that's quite good.
