Kong's DD-WRT build 30700M - 09/27/2016 has been released: http://desipro.de/ddwrt/K3-AC-Arm/

Your reports for Broadcom units are greatly appreciated !
Router:

This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build (e.g. 29440_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin). Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

Due to the openssl radiusd error report I'm currently doing a full clean and rebuild in order to make sure any app that linked against openssl is troublefree.

Thus there will be updated 30700 builds shortly showing up.

@Kong : can I keep the first version or you recommand to delete it ?
My router is already updated, it's better to downgrade or I can keep it until the new build ?

This problem only affects a handful people, radiusd is probably the only app that is broken in the first 30700 build, as I always clean openvpn when there is an openssl update.

But 30700 is in a very good state now, had some time to do all sorts of tests, thus the full clean makes sure such stupid build problems do not spoil the build:-)

But a full clean is time consuming, even on my 4Ghz i7, thus only do this if I feel it should be done:-)

TY.

R8500
erase nvram before and after install

So far perfect. I noticed the RX errors are way down.
Also in my test spot wireless signal is improved to 292 mbps up from 195 mbps in same exact spot.

Now let's see if it goes past the magical 4th day.

Thank You Kong!

Thank you Kong since you fixed the instability all the builds have been rock solid for me. I run basic setups, dnsmasq but no wireless or dhcp.

Sorry can't really do anything regarding DLink units.

I do not have a single DLink unit. DLink only sends routers to BrainSlayer.

You have to open a ticket for this, so BrainSlayer can look at it.

I've been having the same issue, also with this build. There is a ticket for this issue (http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5518), so hopefully BS will have a change to look into it.
