Four R6250 routers (1 used as WAN gateway, other three as routers and access points) updated via ddup without reset from the previous version with no problems. Currently working with connection to the Internet via VPN.
My main and repeater bridge ASUS AC68U routers are both upgraded to 30456M. The repeater bridge is connected to main router through wl1 5ghz AC-only with US upper upper channel 161. The signal strength and connectivity are great. However, even the link is displayed as 702mbps (or sometimes 877mbps) for both TX and RX, iperf3 can only give about 190mbps at most. I think because of this speedtest never reaches 180Mbps for ISP with the 4.x kernel dd-wrt. Does any other user have the same speed experience with the 4.x dd-wrt firmware?
The other thing is that the repeater bridge never repeats the 5ghz wifi signals besides bridge the network through it.

Hi,
I am still on 30370M, but what I have been noticing in the last new builds for me is that my Wireless clients keep getting dropped off throughout the day.
To be more specific, the Wireless connection itself doesn't get dropped, but the Internet connection to the WAN is getting dropped for Wireless clients which knocks off all of my RDP and Citrix sessions - VERY irritating.
This happens at least 10 times per day and I have only noticed it on wireless clients not wired.
I will enable Syslogd and report back again.
Other than that the firmware is great, with uptime of almost 11 days solid.
Thanks Kong for your hard work.
Anyone know of a solution to this???
Just some info:
* Wireless NIC Drivers are up to date
* Tested on 2 different Win 7 machines which are in the same room as the router so signal should not be an issue
* Happens on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz

I'm new to logging, is there a way to log these disconnects, and how do you do this?
Thanks... _________________ R7000 on DD-WRT v3.0-r32170M kongac (06/11/17)
Upgraded my R8500, so far so good. I've been keeping my NVRAM usage <65K due to the prior bug. Does this build have a possible fix for that which I should test?

Yes, Build 30465 is the best K4.X for my R7000's setup so far. If I can pass 3 days of uptime without issues it will be a keeper. I'll update when that happens. _________________ Home Network on Telus PureFibre - 10GbE Copper Backbone
