Are both wireless bands (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz) working?

Yes, both are fully functional and stable. On 5ghz I do stream through plex 4k with a bitrate of 30mbps without any buffering intreruptions, signal quality hovers around 62-66%. With 30356 was around 34-36%. Temperatures slightly went down a couple degrees as well from initial upgrade.

You can't compare by signal strength percentage since now it's using a different calculation formula.

I guess that explains the differences in numbers. Still comparing with previous release, no more wireless disconnects and reconnects by it self.

Model: Netgear WNDR4500v2
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r30385 giga (08/12/16)
Kernel: Linux 3.10.102 #13804 Fri Aug 12 15:15:44 CEST 2016 mips
Uptime/Mode/Previous: 4d 4hr / AP / 30284
Status: No reset, but I did last with 30082. Guest/VAP wireless is still broken though; continual loop trying to connect. See here for details.

It seems that having a VAP setup (regardless of it working) keeps the 2.4GHz radio from dropping out after 1-3 days.

Model: Netgear WNDR4500v1
Previous: Tried with each of r25760 & 26138M
Current: r30385
Kernel: Linux 3.10.102 #13804 Fri Aug 12 15:15:44 CEST 2016 mips
Reset: 30-30-30 before and after flash.
Errors: No TX or RX errors in WLAN.
Uptime: 1 day.
Status: one unexpected apparent reboot while trying to connect in Mobile Broadband mode. After the reboot Firmware version displayed in Web-GUI on the top right changed from "DD-WRT v3.0-r30385 (08/12/16)" to "DD-WRT v3.0-r30385 giga (08/12/16)". Note that the flash file-name has "mega".

BTW: The Mobile Broadband WAN connection didn't work and I am aware of 3G & 4G Broadband Modems broken in r25948 and later. Surprisingly, the Mobile Broadband works with 26138M though it is later to r25948. Details: http://dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=303441
