QoS или скрипт в Firewall для шейпинга?

Подскажите пожалуйста что лучше работает для шейпинга?
Если скрипт, то должен ли файрвол быть включен/выключен в Security>Firewall Protection>SPI Firewall?

кажетцо разбралси Smile Firewall scripts это тоже самое что и QoS только его нужно грамотно настроить
