Wireless link using WAP54G

I want to make a wireless link with two WAP54G, I've put one AP and the other as Client, Client Bridge, Repeater and Repeater Bidge, but does not link well, there is some way if possible?

There's also WDS. What build (number and type) are you using? And what settings did you use in your client/repeater testing? There are long and short methods to each, I recall, if you used the Linking Routers wiki.

Old 14929 works well on the WAP54Gv3.x
I use 26866 for WDS w/mine.
Radio schedule on/off in advanced wireless has some issues with this build on the old WAPs but works well on WRT54GS.

Also 27858 is good but the wireless survey don't work with it on WAP54G in WDS mode.

26866 prolly best for a straight WDS link with no other wireless devices connected.... you can even use CH 14 just for their link and that will put them out of way of other wireless..... Works well for me.
Setup properly you can maintain 25-31 Mbps using 26866....I stream Netflix and/or Hulu across mine without a problem.

Both are using v24-sp2 08/07/10micro - buils 14896
