Running Kongs Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r29020M kongmv (02/04/16) on WRT1900ACS

Been kinda testing everything for the past month and everything seems to work as it should, with one exception.

This is the second time I noticed QoS stopped working as it should after around 2-3 day uptime.

Set downlink speed is ignored completely. While set uplink speed is still respected.

To fix it I have to either reboot the router or change and apply QoS settings again.

These are my settings:

Anyone noticed anything similar?

I should also add that I'm using very basic features. The only non default feature beside QoS I'm using is UPnP.

I guess if it happens again 1st course of action is lowering limits according to the wiki.

If the performance is acceptable you can start to inch your levels up. If you go even 2% higher than you should be, your QoS will totally stop working (just too high) or randomly stop working (when your ISP node/DSLAM is slow aka saturated). This can lead to a lot of confusion on your part so get it working first by conservatively setting these speeds and then optimize later.

Figured out what was happening.

If I manually delete UPnP rule from the list, QoS stops working.
