Edit List of Clients - WAN Access Problem

I am trying to add filters to block all Torrent activity for one laptop connection on ethernet. I have set it all up with keywords, websites and ports but when I go to enter the IP or MAC address it says (null) in most boxes. If I try to enter an address and save or apply it does nothing and still says (null).

Is this an issue with the current firmware? I am using:

Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r28846 std (01/16/16)
