I cannot get a ping response to 192.168.2.3 and I cannot see it on my network. I have tried various setups on the WRT54 but this is the final one that I have stopped on. Before adding the dd-wrt FW on it, everything was running just fine. I am sure its not the FW but rather a config I have overlooked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...Al[/url]

if you have a gateway assigned by your isp. keep the lan gateway at 0.0.0.0. its also not clear how everything is wired
your linksys wrt54g has no response since the lan network is out of range.
you have a lan ip of 192.168.2.something
but our lan gateway is 192.168.3.something
with a netmask of 255.255.255.0 this wont fit to each other.
you cannot ping the 192.168.2.xxx from the 192.168.3.xxx network (except if you add routes for these networks from both sides, but you havent)
its also not clear now you conigured your modem. it looks like its sharing the same ip from lan network, but is connected to the wan port. this makes no sense. wan and lan is isolated from each other by default _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking?
