You can try use TFTP to recover it.
It doesn't respond to ping so I don't think TFTP will work. |

First thing I would do is check the power supply. No JTAG If P/S is OK then try Serial recovery Are you referring to the cord? Or is there an internal power supply? Thanks to everyone for there ... |

If the PC is only being used as a SMB file server I highly recommend going to a unix based os. Again, I have had great success with freenas.org. It can be run off a 128M usb thumb drive. | |

It's been a while for me but I believe you need to check the \etc\hostname also try ifconfig to check setup. I hope this helps. |
