Build r49544 or wait for the next. Provide configuration details or start over. Confirm Ethernet is fine (ISP).

My main machine is a wired desktop and has no issues so Ethernet is fine.

I did go through that guide and made the recommended changes. Unfortunately it didn't help with my issues.
