If you don't have JFFS available on the build of DD-WRT you are running, you can do the following 3 things for a pretty robust content filtering setup:

Try entering time.nist.gov in the Server IP/Name field under Time Settings, click Save and then Apply Settings and check your time again in a minute or two.

I have deployed several that do and several that don't with various Linksys and DD-WRT firmware versions - they all work fine and have for years however.
