From Port, IP address, To Port and check Enable? The IP address is the sepcific device in the LAN? |

I have a TP-Link C7 v4 (if that matters) and for some unknown reason with a older TiVo DVR (Series 3 652) a connection for Streaming requires port 5223 to be open.

Have you tried other Speed Sites? When I tested for speed UP & down, many sites showed poor with the upload count, but the download was constant. I have 300/300 Verizon FiOS.
