DNS servers regardless if they are queried over IPv4 or IPv6 will return both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
But you can set your IPv6 DNS server on the IPv6 tab

DNS server should be set in Static DNS 1 and Static DNS 2 and remove **everything** from the Additional Config.

Reboot the router afterwards.
