There is absolutely zero reason to retain stock firmware; DD-WRT webUI can write stock firmware images.

DD-WRT builds are now larger so you will run into stock firmware upgrade limitations a little ...

Awesome beyond words! The DNSmasq option works perfectly for me. I was leery of trying to use iptables as those domains tend to be aliases to Akamai etc, and the IPs might even change.

To disable CTCP:
Open an Elevated Command Prompt (cmd "Run as Administrator") then type:

netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=none

Reboot your system for the changes to take ...
