I have a possible solution, remove the .sh extension from the cron script path and dont forget to make it executable.

After 5 failed login attempts there is a 5 minute time out I think

I would make about only 2 login attempts before resetting the whole thing over.

So have you tried to disable IPv6 on a per machine basis NIC/WiFi adapters?

Windows you can right click the adapter and uncheck IPv6 and Linux depending where it is its a tog ...
