do vpn on the server itself. i use server 2008 and inbuilt vpn server with l2tp/ipsec aes encryption. i got a dual core pentium cpu 3.2ghz and i get 380mbit throughput with is the limit of my internet ...

run dd-wrt on a virtual machine. can get gigabit vpn routing easy. (depends on host pc)

odd i got a wzr-hp-g300nh and an official buffalo build was released few days ago. iv flashed to it and its working great. the first official update in like 3 years lol.

What's the command to make it try 30 times? I'm using tftp -I. But times out after 20 or 30 seconds before it allows me to repeat it

wzr-hp-g300nh bricked after web upgrade. Red diag light on Constant can't tftp to it either. Game over for me.

Very unstable on wzr-hp-g300nh just using it as a dhcp server and its constantly crashing and locking up needing a power cycle.

ubiquiti have the edge router lite which is an ok price and very fast with hardware accelerated packet processing
dunno if that's the best option to go with.
