Yes, most wireless routers are not suited for gigabit internet service.

I think your best option would be to get a wired router that can handle gigabit WAN, and use your wireless router as an AP.

I'm running 2 Buffalo WZR-D1800H in repeater bridge mode on wl0 (AC-Only).

Router #1 has only wl0 enabled.
Router #2 connects to router #1 on wl0 as repeater bridge.
Router #2 has wl1 set to N-On ...

Wow, fixed it!

I uninstalled the adapter in device manager, removed the software.

The key is to run CCleaner and do a registry scan, that way you remove all invalid keys that messed up my wirele ...

FTP needs two pipes: 1st for control (which is port 21 by default), 2nd for data (which is a range of ports you forward to allow PASV data connections for file transfer).
