When I flashed back to stock it was stated.

Creating 10 MTD partitions on "sflash":
0x00000000-0x00040000 : "boot"
0x00040000-0x00790000 : "linux"

The linux version they don't support on a software level at all. It is hardware only. I'm going to be flashing via tftp (ttl interface) in a minute though.

Actually that's exactly going to be it. Those routers don't have the hardware support for multiple BSSID's. You will have to get a newer unit.
