Is there a reason the Repeater Bridge mode won't work for your use? Rather than WDS.

Maybe give that a try if possible.

I already posted this in the 868 thread, but from reading the svn timeline, supposedly the New BS build r34311 12-29-17 will now work on the 868L and 880L.

There are also Broadcom K26 builds for your router too.

You'll have to decide which Kernel version you want.

Nothing seems to work I always go to the recovery page.
The router is under warranty so I don't want to open it.
I opened a Netgear support ticket I'll see what happens.

Which version of the R6700? Only V1 is Broadcom based. V2 is MediaTek.
