Are you flashing from r63600 then ending up with no wireless?

Simple solution.

TURN OFF - 802.11r Fast Transfer on all interfaces

All wireless function should return in 20-30 seconds.

Ensure syslogd (and klogd) is/are enabled and via telnet or ssh:
