I've been at v3.0-r41218 std (10/01/19) since its release. This release fixed a long-standing Cron issue that kept the scheduled reboot from working reliably.

Try simplifying your configuration until you resolve the issue. Save your config, then reset DD-WRT and strip it completely down to the basics to see what happens.

giles02134, you're not alone. Build r40009 on my WRT32X doesn't allow a scheduled re-boot for me anymore either.

Hopefully this will get fixed soon.
