You can give newer builds a try but you need to be careful because newer builds sometimes tend to brick. Unless you have some sort of jtag hardware to recover your router I would be careful.

Ticket http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/3369 seems to be fixed since 25252. Anyone tried if the SES/WPS button now actually turns the Radio Off (or Unmounts the USB device) ?

Cannot use tftp to recover because cannot ping 192.168.1.1, only way to recover is by using jtag
