I think I may have found the source of the problem:

$nvram get wl0_macmode
allow

$nvram get wl0_macmode1
other

$nvram get wl0_maclist
<list of MACaddresses>

BUT:
$wl -i eth1 macm ...

I have send you the version, but you really should try to reset with nvram erase etc.

I know it is a lot of work but it could be that it is working then.
