I would set the repeater to run on 192.168.69.1 that should fix your conflict issue.

The router will only ping on 192.168.0.10, it will not ping at 192.168.1.1

Sounds good. I just used some self adhesive RAM heat sinks i got off of Ebay for 4 dollars. But your idea sounds good.

Awesome help guys, finally got the CFE Flashed. Now the only problem i have is that i can Ping the router at 192.168.0.10 but i cannot TfTp anything onto it.
