You cannot do a clean setup by using a backup file. Settings have to be done from scratch.

otherwise you can save settings and restore but only if they match the same build number...

There are no DFS channels on 2.4ghz you can leave it like that if you dont see issues on that band.

I see speeds of less than 25Mbps on Upload/Download on SpeedTest on 2.4GHz
