I have tried various builds, BS and Broly over the past few months and returned to stock, without issue.

I have tried flashing various stock FW's via the D-Link Recovery method and it's not rolling ...

The VDSL modem doesn't get a public IP.

The router switched to PPPOE gets the IP address.

I thought they needed to be in the same subnet to communicate?

Ok, so I have a VDSL2 modem, PPOE_Bridged on 192.168.1.2. VLAN101. ISP BT UK.

DIR 882 is on 192.168.1.1. DHCP 192.168.1.100.

Try brolys latest build, wifi works fine for me there, dont use much else since i only use it as AP...

But i do need to try official build again soon, i got rid of orangepi that i had problems with ...

I went back to my POS ISP router to see if there were any issues. The devices seem stable so 99% sure it's not the smart devices.

I can't really live with that or stock D-Link firmware -it's too re ...

Had two PPPOE drop outs both at 23:05 every evening. Connection remains up on the DSL side so not a modem issue.

Rolled back to 42747.
