telnet in to the device and do an erase nvram . Log in to it and see if all 3 radios come back up. Otherwise you may need to RMA it.

Done.... Many times.

Check to see if the wifi is up and its not just the lans that are down. If this is the case connect via wifi, telnet and do a nvram erase then reboot from the cmd.
