I don't think it's the browser cache issue as I refreshed the Status, LAN page multiple times with both Chrome and Firefox and got the same result.

A router reboot clears it all out. There must be some command line mechanism I can set up on cron to clear the cache and not make a router reboot the only workaround.

And those addresses correlate to what devices, exactly? I have a feeling they might correlate to your router and the upstream router, but you should verify that.

I commented out the relevant Dnsmasq command lines in Services, Services, Additional Dnsmasq Options but still have two IPv6 LAN IP addresses in Status, LAN out of at total 10 LAN IP addresses.
