Maybe this can motivate someone. :P

I'm fairly certain I fried the JTAG port on my unit ...

There's a thread already here: http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=65317

All of the components are supported (mostly - see ASUS RT-N10 - there are some wireless issues), but there has yet to ...

...but until someone dumps the CFE...

I grabbed a cfe dump via TFTP/Serial before crossflashing - I wasn't about to test a crossflash without first having my full flash saved. :P

It's posted in th ...

U12H139T01_NETGEAR is the board ID for the WGR614v10 (at least for mine). The WNR1000v3 firmware had U12H139T00_NETGEAR. It was just a matter of changing the 0 to 1.

As long as they match, it should ...

I can't figure out where my camera is at the moment, but it does have its own box.

The serial number on the box label begins with 28T10. The front shows the antenna on the right side, with clear adv ...

Answered my own question.

I crossflashed to the WNR1000v3 non-NA firmware - only needed edit the Board ID in the chk. No N adapter to check for N functionality, however. G still works fine.

I received the new chip (MX25L3205D, not A), installed it, and it still wouldn't identify with tjtag. Flash debug seems to return junk. Still has issues programming. At this point I'm just going to ...

No JFFS.

I did recently come across some information regarding flash identification. The flash on my unit is an MX25L3205AMC, not MX25L3205D. I had assumed previously that MX25L3205D was a generic ...

I have it jumped to pin 1 of serial/uart port, just as in that linked post.

It recognizes the BCM5354 fine, just nothing on the flash. /fc:21 does the job, and I can get a working flash. I guess an ...

Could this just be an issue with a bad flash IC? As in NVRAM being corrupt consistently?

Fresh flash = blank NVRAM.. correct?

Erasing NVRAM allows LAN to come back online until reboot. Or is it mo ...
