i would like to try a shot with tomato, i'm actually on dd-wrt do i have to flash stock first then tomato? i'm pretty confused about this router and i would try to not mess with it. thanks -)

X1000 is a router/modem dd-wrt only support pure router except one if i remember well. for what i know is because there are not open source driver for the modems chipset.
