| Seems like the factory default and upgrade of fw did something right.. So it's back to the original set up (with newer fw) and seems to be working. Thanks all for the input, guidance, critique, etc. | |

If the router always worked without a problem a simple power outage should not make a difference as all settings are stored in nvram and it should be setup the same. ... |
