The 2.4GHz AP gets its network (Internet) access from the 5GHz WDS Link, if that is what you are getting at.

The WDR4300 is N750, 2x2 on 2.4GHz and 3x3 on 5GHz. WDR3600 has the same board but is only 2x2 on both, one of the antennas is unpopulated and disabled in firmware.
