Hello, im really sorry for the delay.

No there are no firewall rules/ QOS. When j am on tge server side, i normal download torrents at about 10 MB/s.

ok so i have tried to download from an ftp at location 1 to my location, and i can download at about 20Mbps, when i am at my location i can download torrent at about 40 ...
