I just ran a test with a AC 8260, throughput with 8 parallel streams 570Mbit pings is +20ms compared to idle.

That latency is on wifi 5GHz.

Disable qos and try again. Your qos settings might be the problem, your line is obviously faster than wifi, thus wifi will never saturate the line unless you use a qos algo that consumes a lot of ...

First you have to be with cmd were the firmware code is.
If you have tftp try:
tftp -i 192.168.1.1 PUT firmware_name.trx

wait 2-3 min.
