Yes, it says that external IP-check is unstable.

there is nothing more in the log except that you should try another IP check ...

On the 5Ghz wifi network, devices aren't reporting as having entered powersave mode (indicated like this normally: VHT80SGI[PS]).
2.4ghz devices indicate it fine.
