Okay when I get home I will restore my v7 to factory and configure it accordingly.

Is this tutorial still valid for v24?

I have an older WRT54G at home so I will look up its model when I get home. Is there a way to configure iptables on this unit then? I want to use it as a firewall as well.

I have searched all over and I cannot find a concise answer. Is there a simple HOWTO for enabling sshd on a WRT54GS v7? I am using dd-wrt.v24_micro_generic.
