Also:
Allowed IP's: 0.0.0.0/1,128.0.0.0/1 (addresses are in CIDR notation and comma delimited)
(if you use 0.0.0.0/0 then that must be converted, so it will work but better use
0.0.0.0/1,128.0.0.0 ...

No issues here with Nord, I run 4 x Wireguard endpoint locations UK, USA, Canada & HongKong must be a Nord Openvpn issue.

Have you tried printing out your nvram parameters?
Do they match the settings you have in your UI?

nvram show | sort > /tmp/nvram.out

Then sftp/ftp it out of tmp to view on a pc etc.
