You know Marvell hardware is dead; they sold all their wifi and bluetooth assets to NXP. I think you are expecting too much from problematic abandoned hardware and mwlwifi driver.

Only issue is the pesky authentication fail error is back (for me) but other than that running smoothly. No wired, wireless, vpn drops, streams well.
