It appears the IPv6 changes to DD-WRT disabled compatibly with Comcast IPv6. EGC I tried your firewall commands but it did not enable WAN IPv6. The following commands did get me a WAN IPv6 address:

The IPv6 firewall has been overhauled recently, so you should not need any firewall rules any more (but you never know, IPv6 is new for us all)

Usually the firewall script will run, so instead of calling the script from Startup, call from Firewall.
Note it can be called more than once.

WireGuard and OpenVPN have their own hooks as has USB

Things which could play a role are:
Your mount point under Shares it should be /mnt/sda1 and not /mnt
Your Access level is set Restricted, you could try Everyone

The rules look OK.

But let's see if it works.
Show output (telnet, putty etc) of:
iptables -vnL FORWARD

To be sure your printer is on the main lan e.g. br0?

Wifi 6 is mostly marketing speak and does not give you any better coverage.

It could get you (a bit) better throughput if you are close to the router.

Your router is wifi 5, however wifi 6 is usually compatible with wifi 5, so it should work but without the benefits of wifi 6 (although a lot of that is marketing speak)
