This is like anything else that requires persistence in the router. You either have to store it in jffs, a mounted USB drive, rebuild the file from the startup script, etc.

Paste the Keys into Services->Services->Authorized Keys in the GUI.

Hm, strangely, I don't have it under /etc/config either... and I can't create it as the file system is read-only

Hmm, I don't have a dropbear dir under /etc...

file in ~/.ssh get deleted every time
Give us a full path were your keys are stored It's /tmp/root/.ssh |
