Eeek!! How much?!
I guess performance has a cost. The R9000 is more expensive than the unifi dream machine that I thought it was too much for a router.
I need to look at the R7800 now.

Yes of course, that is understood.
I am testing the router's speeds from a LAN port. What the clients get will be of course what the PLAs, wifi, etc. allow.

For my own reference when looking back.
I've set the clock to 1200,800 & rebooted it just to see.
A speed test from the router page gives 45.13 Mb/s internet and 174.87 Mb/s Wifi.

I just saw the prices of the R7800, eek!
I've ordered a CAT7 cable for a clean slate of that side of things. We've all heard tales of cables makinig a difference, who knows.
I'll post an update.

Thanks for the advice. I'll do the firmware reset first in the _probably_ vain hope I don't need to enable SFE and having to do without Yamon.
