Doable, yes. Best way of doing this? Not necessarily.

Windows can do this by itself, and so can do all modern OSs. So, I would look at that first.

nvram set et0macaddr=00:00:00:00:00:00 && nvram commit && reboot


Of course you need to replace the "00" with the real MAC of your router.
