Have you tried other browsers? FF probably works better than chrome.

Might think about about another Factory Reset with manual config.
GUI or CLI or I have done both to solve some problems.

I flash the R6250 factory-dd-wrt.chk file via dd-wrt gui resulting in recovery mode then proceed with Tftp.

You should be able to flash the Kong bin file using gui right now successfully

Do you have Reset Button enabled on Administration-> Management tab?

Mine is broken, I thought I broke it. Maybe DD-WRT breaks it. I don't know.

grep dhcp-host /tmp/dnsmasq.conf

Copy them and paste into Additional Dnsmasq Options
