You can run tagged vlan on the single ethernet port. There is a Openwrt firmware for it.

Still limited by the USB NIC. It is possible, but for the price you can get a better solution.

create a new bridge (br1)
assign to bridge: br1 > vlan3

Even if you use a L7 filter it won't block encrypted traffic.

Create a Guest network and:
1 - Redirect/force all DNS traffic to OpenDNS ip's
2 - And (extreme measure) Only allow HTTP (80), HTTPS ...

Could you post a diagram? and hardware specs?

And are you really using 20.47.67.x with 255.255.255.2 as subnet mask?

My recomendation:
Use the DD-WRT router as an AP
Create 2 isolated Wireless ...

A 11n Router should be faster than a 11b/g, it should handle routing.

Also be sure to use WPA2 - AES if you want N speeds.

I was able to flash dd-wrt.v24-23598_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega_RT-N12B1.trx

After a few minutes I tried dd-wrt.v24-23598_NEWD-2_K2.6_openvpn_small.bin.

But now I am unable to try K3.x without g ...

PPTP is not safe and not as firewall-friendly as OpenVPN.

The issue with OpenVPN is that you need to install a client in your PC, the network admin might not like the idea, I wouldn't allow it.
